Orders are made by phone

The website has no customer account, online checkout or online payment. Adding dishes to a ticket, copying it or viewing an estimate does not send an order and does not create a contract with Indian View.

Call 01379 650100 to place an order. An order is accepted only when the Indian View team confirms the items, final price and arrangements with you on the telephone.

Menu and ticket estimates

Menu descriptions, prices, opening hours and availability are published in good faith but can change or contain an error. The ticket is a planning aid: its total is an estimate based on the menu data shown in your browser.

Your ticket stays in your browser’s local storage and is not transmitted to Indian View. The team will confirm the current price and availability when you call. Telephone confirmation takes priority over a website estimate.

Offers

The ticket may automatically apply the best eligible published offer it can identify from the dishes, quantities, date and published rules. This remains an estimate, not a guarantee of eligibility.

Each offer may have its own days, dates, minimum spend, qualifying items, exclusions or combination rules. The specific published terms apply, and the team confirms the offer and final total on the telephone.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Do not rely only on a dish name or short website description when deciding whether food is suitable. Ingredients, recipes and preparation can change, and the website is not a complete allergen guide.

Tell the team clearly about every allergy or dietary requirement before ordering and verify the current ingredients and preparation arrangements during the call. Indian View cannot promise that any dish is free from unintended traces unless the team specifically confirms what can be accommodated.

Availability and website operation

Dishes, offers and opening arrangements are subject to availability. Indian View may correct website information and may update or withdraw content without notice. The team will explain any unavailable item or necessary change when you call.

Indian View aims to keep the website available and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Google Maps reviews and directions

When enabled, customer reviews are supplied through Google Places. Google selects and orders the returned reviews for relevance; Indian View shows only written reviews rated four stars or higher and identifies that selection beside the reviews. Reviews are the contributors’ opinions, not promises made by Indian View.

Reviewer names, profile links, photos, review links and directions may open or load content from Google. That content is governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

Links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and other external services are provided for convenience. Indian View does not control those services, their availability, content, privacy practices or terms. Check the destination before choosing to use it.

Changes and contact

Indian View may update these terms when the website or its services change. The revised version applies from the “last updated” date shown at the top of this page.
